The hotel had stunning floor, to, ceiling windows in the bedrooms, which made the stay particularly special. The staff were lovely, very attentive, and friendly, providing excellent service. We were even given a high room with amazing city views for our wedding anniversary. The top floor bar offered possibly the best views of the city at night in all of NYC. It was a magical experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The check, in process lacked warmth and felt rushed, lacking personal touch. There was confusion and attitude regarding the $30 hotel fee, leading to frustration.

They wouldn't let our 17-year-old daughter up there, not even to see the view. It felt like a missed opportunity for us to enjoy the experience as a family. Moxy Chelsea had its charms, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. I hope this helps paint a clear picture for anyone considering a stay here.

we had a great stay at Moxy. the location was outstanding, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. the room, although small, was well-designed and had everything we needed. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was beautiful and well-maintained. the views from the restaurant and our room were incredible, and we appreciated the lovely scent pumped into the public areas. overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
